Changes and Expansion

Welcome, we are glad to be with you. We recognize that many of you are being stretched in multiple ways, but today we would like to focus on the expansion in the spirit realms. Some of you may have found yourself going deeper in your meditations or your shamanic journeys. You may be receiving more intense messages when you channel. You may find that there are new ways of looking at things that are coming into your consciousness. We ask that you welcome these changes, these shifts. This is still a time of growth for many of you. Yes, you had some big astrological shifts that brought in much energy and what is happening is that you have been integrating those energies. So, you may have been aware of an initial change, but now those changes have been able to integrate more fully within your own energy, within your thoughts, within your sight. We want you to notice how you are looking at the world, how you are handling your everyday life. We think that if you take a look, you will notice the changes. You're carrying more compassion in your heart, that you have the capability of seeing past the obvious and looking to the root of what is behind someone's actions.

Please keep in mind that these changes are still ongoing, there is greater energy available, there are higher vibrations and dimensions available to some that were not able to access them before. Allow yourself to embrace the expansion, do not let self-talk keep you from moving forward. Do not think that the fantastic journey you had or the insightful meditation that was different than what you've had before is a one-time thing. Allow it to become commonplace in your life because the more that you can accept this enhanced energy on a regular basis, the more you'll be prepared for the next influx of energy that is coming your way.
