A Message for May 28, 2026

Welcome to this week's message. We, as always, are glad to be with you. Today's message will, of course, be on healing again. But maybe with a slightly different viewpoint. We feel that many of you really need the time to look inward. So many distractions are going on around you that it is so easy to get lost. The need to focus on your own needs has to be given some time. Sitting quietly for 15 minutes is beneficial but you really need to have a couple of hours where it is just you. We suggest a bit of meditation, some journaling, some channeling, some prayer or whatever allows you to open your heart and hear what you truly need. Many of you may feel that you don't have the two hours to set aside for yourself, but we believe that if you would truly look at your schedule that you could do this at least twice a month to help you stay on top of how you are feeling, where your thoughts are misaligned, and see what you might be missing.

To take a bit of time for yourself is much more important than what your society allows for. It has been declared selfish to take time for yourself. If you are not actively doing something, then you are wasting time that you could be doing something much more productive or so they say. We believe that your productivity increases when you take care of your mind, your spirit, and your body.

If you truly cannot find two hours, please find at least an hour. And it doesn't necessarily have to be in total isolation. For some people sitting in a cafe where part of their brain is entertained by things going on around them, they can actually tune in more easily than they can in some place that's silent. Maybe it's sitting under a tree or by a river or just in your backyard that can give you the space to find the clarity that you need.
