Grace

Welcome, we are glad to be with you. We are bringing a message of love today. There are a lot of things causing energy shifts in your world. We're sure that most of you have heard of planets going retrograde, and you now have four of them. Your sun has been sending out massive amounts of energy your way. These combined along with the overall shifts in energy that are occurring on your planet may feel like a lot for you. Maybe you're wondering why you feel unsettled, or why it seems more difficult to do the things you normally do. The shifts in energy can affect you that way. For some of you, you may find the change in energy motivates you, creates energy for you. But there are the others who it is having the opposite effect. Our suggestion for each one of you is to give yourself much love and much grace. Grace is a word that can be twisted. We are talking about giving yourself grace in a way that allows you to be accepting of how you feel, of how you're being affected, and that it can be a bit of a struggle. By accepting these things and recognizing that there are things that are affecting you, you may be able to give yourself that extra grace. Along with that grace you need love. Many of you have become so focused on others, your family, your friends, people you interact with regularly, and you tend to give a lot during times like this. Make sure you are feeding yourself on a strong diet of love. How do you show love to yourself? For each of you, it's going to be different. For someone, it might mean going and getting themselves a massage or an energy healing session. For others, it may be taking a hike in the mountains or a stroll through the woods. Maybe it's sitting by water and just being still. Maybe it's allowing yourself to eat the foods that your body is craving even if you are attempting to restrict your diet. We're not saying just throw the whole thing away, but there are times when a physical treat, as in food, can shift your mood.

This is a time of change. And most of you are not programmed to just charge in and make the changes and that’s okay. We do suggest that you try to shift your view of change at least a little bit. Change can be stressful, whether it's good change or not so good change. As part of accepting yourself with grace and love is also giving yourself grace and love in the midst of change. Maybe you're making a change in how you view the world. Maybe you're feeling a pull to do something different with your life. Maybe you're being called to go deeper into your studies, into your energy, into knowing yourself. Whatever the case may be, we want you to do it with a loving energy, a loving presence for yourself and for others.

We are sending extra love. We want you to know how much you are loved. We want you to open to receiving this love. We love you.
