Bringing In the New
Welcome, we are glad to be with you. Change doesn't always feel good but that doesn't mean it isn't a good thing. Sometimes the old has to be released to bring in the new. That can apply to almost every part of your life whether it is your job, your friends, your hobbies, your practices. When you hold on to the past you start to get stuck, you start to see fewer possibilities because you are focused looking behind you. Opening your mind, your thought processes to new ideas, new perspectives can be a struggle at times. Quite often it can be a struggle when it is needed the most because when you're feeling stuck it is hard to look forward.
And since change isn't always initiated by you it makes it even harder to accept it and then hopefully embrace it. If you were left to your own devices for many of you, you would just stay in the same patterns, living your life the same way and not bring in any true change. To advance in life you need to bring in the new, new ways of looking at things, new ways of doing things, and new people. We're not talking discarding everything to go to something new and shiny. We are talking about bringing in the new where the old has become stale or is not working anymore. At times bringing in the new was just because there are new and better ways to do something. Is everything new an improvement no, not necessarily but you won't know unless you try.
We hope you will open your mind to new possibilities, to new dreams, new activities, to new people. Even though change can seem hard if you truly look at your life over the last 10 or 20 years, you'll find many of the changes you made or were made for you did bring improvement to your life.
We love you, we are with you, and we hope you see the possibilities.
