Mind and Heart

We are glad to be with you. Our messages of late have been focused on coming from the heart, but we want to remind you that we are not saying to disallow your mind to be part of your daily and spiritual life. We will speak a little about balance. Yes, it is important to use your mind to process, to dream, to envision. The problem can arise when you use only your mind. Some of you have old tracks that are firmly in place in your mind that cause you to react and to think along certain lines. Some of those old tracks are very outdated and were created when you were young and impressionable. Some of them because they were created when you were young are very misinformed. Some of you carry guilt because of things that happened around you and you were too young to realize that you were not responsible in any way for what occurred. And yes, as an adult you can realize that you are not responsible but because that track was created and it is a pretty deep rut at this point just pure logic will not erase and fill in that track. That is where healing comes in and healing comes through the heart. And your heart is more powerful than you realize, your civilization has focused on the mind. The heart has its own thought process, its own way of seeing things, and yes, it can also have damage that causes it to not see clearly too.

It requires a healing of the heart and the mind for you to be able to fully recover from the things that happened when you were young or even older that inhibit your freedom to live life fully. How many times have you not done something out of a misaligned belief? How many times have you done something and regretted it due to a misaligned belief?

This is an appropriate time to question your beliefs, to question what your thoughts tell you, to question what your emotions tell you. We are not saying to sit in judgment of yourself or anyone else. We suggest the questioning be done with kindness and compassion. Looking over your actions will help you see your beliefs more clearly. You may have adopted a belief that is against a belief that was formed when you were young. We suggest you look compassionately and see if your actions align with the new beliefs or the old ones. As we said, just logic alone does not bring full healing.

We love you, we are with you, and we are willing, more than willing to help you move forward in the way that best suits you.
