Expand or Contract

Greetings, we are glad to be with you. We welcome the opportunity to share messages with you, to bring maybe a different perspective or just bring you something to think about. We do know that you have many things on your mind, even for those of you that avoid the high levels of distraction that are being created in your world, there is still an energy that is there for expansion or contraction. Energy can be used in many different ways. You can use the collective energy of chaos to expand your thinking, to expand your capacity to connect to different realms and dimensions, or you can use it to contract and shut any doors that may be trying to open.

Just as fear can make you freeze or run, that is the concept that we are trying to get across. We hope that makes it a bit more understandable. How you react depends on your mental state, it also depends on the levels of trauma you have had and the levels of healing that you have had. The experiences in your life have either benefitted you or they have hurt you and created wounding. The positive thing is that you have had these times where the world has seemed to flow in your favor and we say that it is possible to reconnect with that positive energy so that you can continue to grow and expand and heal. There have been times in your life when you have contracted and for some of you right now that actually sounds like that would be the safe thing to do. We say if that is what you need to do, please do not consider it a permanent shrinking of your consciousness, of your world, of your life. It is just a time of stepping back to regroup so to speak. You are here to grow, to learn, to love, to expand your understanding of how things actually work.

Your world has been under some very heavy restrictions, that was part of the design, but it is time for that design to shift. That is why it is easier for many of you to connect to the higher dimensions than it was say 10 or 20 years ago. It is why many of the young people don't seem to have the blockages that you had. The energy surrounding your planet and operating within your fields has shifted. The more that you can recognize that this is a time of opportunity, a time to expand your view, the easier it will be to deal with the chaos, the ups and downs, and the shifting of your world. We recognize it is not always easy and that there will be times when you have to step back for your own sake. We encourage you to not stay there, (but) to become someone who offers a higher vibration to the world even if your world only consists of friends, neighbors. Anytime you help someone lighten their load, you are expanding the ability of your world to move forward.
